Authentic Kolhapuri jaggery made from sugarcane juice, sun-dried and minimally processed. Known for its rich caramel taste and soft texture. Commonly used in Maharashtrian dishes like puran poli, bhakri, and curries. Also used in immunity-boosting decoctions. Break and store in airtight container.
