This special rice is made from black glutinous rice grains and not only offers a fascinating, deep black color, but also a distinctive, nutty note. Preparation:

175g of rice, wash it twice. Soak the rice in water for 10 minutes and then drain. Add 338ml of water. Put the lid on and switch on the rice cooker. After switching off, let the rice rest covered for 10 minutes.
