The skin of a fully ripe Alphonso mango turns bright golden-yellow with a slight red tinge across the top. The flesh inside is deep saffron in colour, offering a distinctive flavour and smooth consistency.
These mangoes are naturally ripened and carbide free, ensuring traditional ripening without artificial chemicals.
