Ingredients
Onion, Edible Vegetable Oil - Refined Sunflower Oil, Tomato, Tamarind, Salt, Coriander, Dehydrated Castor Berry, Red Chilli Powder, Cane Sugar, Mustard, Asafoetida Compound, Acidity Regulator E260 (Acetic Acid), Preservative E211 (Sodium Benzoate).
Explanation ingredients
Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
Tamarind: pulp of a legume. It has a sour taste.
Asafoetida: devil's dung (a herbaceous plant). It has a beneficial effect and promotes digestion. It is an alternative to using onion and/or garlic in dishes.
