Cook dal, add chopped vegetables & salt to it cook till the vegetables are half done, add chopped tomato & ladys finger & cook further till done, add tamarind water & boil,heat oil & crackle mustard, add eastern sambar powder, red chilli, sliced small onion & curry leaves & salt, add this to the cooked vegetables
