Fashion & Textiles Returns Policy

This policy applies to fashion and textile products purchased from NammaMarkt.

NammaMarkt remains your point of contact for all return requests and refunds.

1. Requesting a Return

To request a return, please contact us at office@nammamarkt.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return, if applicable

No reason is required when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

We will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions for your order. Please note that the return address may differ from our store address.

Requesting return instructions does not make your statutory withdrawal right subject to approval.

2. Return Window

We offer a 15-day return request window from the date you receive your item.

This includes the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, plus one additional day as a voluntary extension.

Statutory Withdrawal

For statutory withdrawals, you must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Rights relating to incorrect or defective goods are separate and are not limited by this return-request window.

3. Product Condition

Returned items must:

  • Not have been worn for an occasion or for several hours

  • Not have been washed

  • Not have been altered

  • Not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect the item and check the fit

Please retain all original:

  • Tags

  • Cards

  • Boxes

  • Packaging

where possible.

Trying On Clothing

You may briefly try on clothing in the same way you would in a shop.

We do not accept used items under our voluntary return or exchange offer.

However, this does not remove your statutory withdrawal rights.

Where handling beyond what is necessary for inspection reduces the item's value, a deduction may apply only where permitted by law.

4. Return Postage & Shipping Labels

We do not provide prepaid return labels or free return postage for:

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Size-related returns

You must arrange and pay for the return shipping, provided this responsibility was disclosed before purchase.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service such as DHL and keeping your proof of postage.

Incorrect or Defective Products

For incorrect or defective goods, necessary shipping costs for statutory remedies will not be charged to you.

5. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact NammaMarkt promptly.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • If available, a continuous unboxing video showing the parcel label and opening of the package

Important: A missing unboxing video does not remove your statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances, applicable remedies may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund

6. Size-Related Exchanges & Video Support

We do not offer a separate voluntary size-related exchange service.

Your statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase remains unaffected.

Before dispatch, you can contact NammaMarkt if you need help checking:

  • Size

  • Product details

  • Fit-related information

Subject to availability, we can coordinate a video call to review the item and clarify sizing.

The video call is optional and does not affect your return rights.

7. Fees & Refunds

A 10% restocking fee applies only to discretionary returns outside statutory rights, where this has been agreed before the return.

No standard restocking fee applies to:

  • Statutory withdrawals

  • Defective-product remedies

Statutory Withdrawal Refund

For statutory withdrawals, we will refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • We receive the returned goods, or

  • You provide evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

8. Delivery Charges on Refunds

When you withdraw from an entire order:

  • The standard outward delivery charge is refundable.

  • Extra charges for premium delivery are not refundable.

For discretionary returns outside statutory rights, original shipping charges are not refundable.

9. Exceptions & Statutory Rights

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to goods:

  • Made to your specifications, or

  • Clearly personalised,

where the applicable legal exception applies.

Any applicable exception will be disclosed before purchase.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
