Die Hartmann Medicomp® extra Vlieskompresse bestehen aus einer Mischung von Viskose- und Polyesterfasern. Der Viskoseanteil beträgt zwischen 67 % und 70 %, der verbleibende Anteil besteht aus Polyesterfasern. Die Kompressen sind frei von Bindemitteln und optischen Aufhellern, luftdurchlässig und sechsfach gelegt sowie in verschiedenen Größen erhältlich. Die Kompressen können auseinandergefaltet werden, wenn ein größeres Format benötigt wird.
