Tandem steht für eine gemeinsame Idee und einen gemeinsamen Start ins Weingut von Johanna Lapinski (Sommelière) und Stefan Müller (Winzer). Auf Grauschieferboden gewachsene Reben mit dem Pflanzjahr 1967-1973 ist der Tandem Riesling ein echter Charakterwein von der Saa. Mit einem Alkoholanteil von 10,5 Vol.-% wird er am besten mit einer Trinktemperatur von 8-10 °C serviert. Sein Aroma passt ideal zu Fisch- und hellen Fleischgerichten und ist eine ideale Ergänzung zu Spargelgerichten.
