Durch das Pulping, die Fermentierung und das Waschen des Kaffees entwickelt sich ein ganz besonderes Tassenprofil, welches durch seine Sanftheit überzeugt. Unser Parchment AB stammt aus der Region Karnataka. Dort wird rund 70% des gesamten indischen Kaffees produziert. Robusta wird vor allem in der Subregion Chikmagalur angebaut.
