Mit den Kochmessern der OKINAWA Serie von Samura erhält man hervorragende Küchenwerkzeuge im charakteristischen japanischen Stil. Der ergonomische Griff ist aus edel verarbeitetem Palisanderholz in klassischer Kurigata-Form gefertigt und wird durch eine Kunststoffzwinge ergänzt. Dieses Santoku-Messer hat einen beidseitigen Schliff und wird in der asiatischen Küche häufig als vielseitiges Allzweckmesser verwendet.
